New Year's Day

Riley and Kobe still in bed (my bed!) on new year’s day.  They were very good last night with fireworks in the neighborhood.  I had to parade bacon to get them out of bed.

Eli was very good as well, not a whimper during fireworks.  He also did not get up early either, only when I came down to the living room did he ask to be let out.

Each got a bone marrow this morning and it was Eli’s first taste of bone marrow.  He left it after a few minutes and begged to be on my lap.  Eli was eyeing the bacon but I gave him a small piece of scrambled egg instead.  I brought him back to his crate since he was asking for more.  I did not want him to start begging during meal time.
